Responsibilities

• Develop and execute forward-thinking public relations strategies to promote the FIVE brand and elevate its reputation in the market.
• Lead public relations campaigns for hotel launches, ensuring robust media presence and stakeholder engagement.
• Build and maintain enduring relationships with local, regional, and international media, influencers, and journalists, particularly within the Middle East.
• Produce and oversee press releases, interviews, articles, and other PR materials consistent with FIVE's distinctive voice and brand vibe.
• Design compelling editorial pitches and narratives that effectively communicate the brand's story to the press.
• Manage media visits, respond promptly to media inquiries, and coordinate interviews and speaker engagements.
• Plan and execute public relations events such as press engagements, interviews, media visits, site inspections, and photoshoots in alignment with business objectives.
• Expand and sustain a network of industry experts and thought leaders for potential collaborations.
• Remain knowledgeable on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory standards related to public relations and media management.
• Proactively anticipate and address potential PR crises with strategic solutions.
• Resolve PR issues swiftly, discreetly, and professionally.
• Monitor and analyze PR campaign results to ensure alignment with FIVE's exceptional standards and objectives.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering growth and learning within the team.
• Operate primarily from Dubai and collaborate cross-functionally across FIVE’s properties worldwide, supporting global PR initiatives and assuring brand consistency.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of two years' experience in public relations, with agency experience considered an advantage.
• Experience in hotel pre-opening processes preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
• Deep understanding of the media landscape with established relationships in key media outlets and journalists, particularly in the Middle East.
• Strong creative vision aligned with FIVE’s brand ethos and ownership of all responsibilities.
• Effective multitasking abilities, capable of managing tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills.
• Proactive, solution-driven, and able to work independently and within a team.
• Passion for dining, nightlife, and the hospitality industry.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
