PSAB BOSS: Lodging Lead

About the Role

The Prince Sultan Air Base (PSAB) program managed by KBR delivers comprehensive Base Operating Support-Installation (BOS-I) services at PSAB in Saudi Arabia to support the 378 Air Expeditionary Wing (AEW) and associated tenants, including personnel from various deployment statuses. This program also covers five remote Army sites within PSAB, ensuring operational readiness and effectiveness.

The Lodging Lead for PSAB Logistics is responsible for managing and executing all lodging-related activities such as personnel accountability, occupancy monitoring, room assignments following rank and gender policies, and coordination with other units and personnel. This role requires extensive use of the CQMAP or similar automated systems for space tracking and involves collaboration with the 378th EFSS during major rotation periods. Management of lodging supplies, inventories, front desk operations, and personnel including other country nationals (OCNs) are also part of the responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with U.S. forces, Saudi partners, and team members to support lodging operations.
• Perform check-in and check-out procedures using CQMAP or equivalent software almost exclusively.
• Conduct occupancy assessments of lodging facilities including rooms vacated the prior day, reporting findings to the KBR management team.
• Manage lodging assignments strictly adhering to AFCENT and local guidelines related to rank and gender.
• Support lodging logistics such as inventory management and supply oversight.
• Assist in coordinating personnel rotations and liaise with Unit Lodging Representatives for effective accommodation management.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Work involves indoor and outdoor environments with possible exposure to heat, cold, dust, noise, and chemicals.
• May require use of personal protective equipment such as hard hats, gloves, steel-toed boots, hearing and eye protection.
• Tasks involve physical activities including lifting up to 35 lbs alone, team lifting 50 lbs, climbing, prolonged sitting or standing, stooping, stretching, and bending.
• Occasional overtime, shift work, and travel may be necessary based on operational demands.
• Preparedness to operate under contingency or wartime conditions in support of U.S. interests.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High School diploma plus two years of further education.
• Minimum of one year experience in a customer service role.
• U.S. citizenship with a current U.S. driver's license.
• Possession of a valid U.S. passport book with at least 13 months validity and six blank visa pages.
• Active U.S. SECRET security clearance is mandatory.
• Fluent English reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
• Compliance with CENTCOM MOD-15 theater entry requirements.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in billeting or lodging is advantageous.

Skills and Competencies

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and typical office software.
• Capability to work extended hours to meet mission deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with government contracting and contingency operations environment.
