Role Purpose
The Warehouse Officer will be responsible for a variety of warehouse functions including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching orders to ensure efficient operations and timely deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch orders daily to meet required deadlines.
- Receive incoming goods, verify, and check them in systematically.
- Restock shelves and manage stock rotation to maintain product integrity.
- Ensure all goods movements are properly documented according to official procedures.
- Keep the warehouse area clean and organized to maintain safety and efficiency.
- Participate in reviewing warehouse and product layout to enhance workflow.
- Break down stock into smaller units as necessary.
- Perform general warehouse tasks as needed.
- Assist in inventory control, including routine stock takes and reconciliation, to prevent stock shortages.
- Maintain accurate and updated product information including images, codes, and descriptions, coordinating with team members.
- Collaborate with team members to improve the efficiency of daily operations.
- Be willing to assist with additional responsibilities as required in a small business environment.
- Operate the Walk Behind Forklift and utilize order picker and wave equipment.
- Conduct local deliveries during the week as part of the role.

Skills, Experience and Education
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Physical fitness to lift up to 20 kilograms regularly.
- Possession of a valid full driver’s license is essential.
- Forklift license is desirable but not mandatory.
