Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage commercial and residential rental properties using cutting-edge digital tools.
• Coordinate the assignment and oversight of repair services and service contracts.
• Serve as the primary contact for tenants and property owners, ensuring smooth rental relationships.
• Conduct apartment inspections during move-ins and move-outs.
• Maintain service quality by performing property inspections and verifying invoices.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in real estate, preferably as a property manager in rental administration.
• A genuine passion for real estate and property management.
• Effective and clear communication skills with tenants, owners, and colleagues.
• Organized work approach, responsible, and capable of managing multiple properties simultaneously.
• Openness to new challenges and dedication to continuous learning.
