The business is already among the top 10 operators in Australia and is now expanding internationally through the launch of a new casino product built on proprietary technology.

About the Role

This is a practical, hands-on position that sits between commercial planning and day-to-day execution. As Promotions Specialist, you will take full ownership of promotion setup and delivery across Acquisition, Retention, VIP, Sponsorships, and the rapidly growing Casino division. You will partner with teams across the organisation to create promotions that deliver a strong customer experience while remaining commercially sound and workable within platform constraints.

You will also have support from a Promotions Operations Coordinator, allowing you to contribute at both a strategic level and an execution-focused level.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of promotions for Sportsbook and Casino, including build, configuration, testing, and launch.
• Collaborate with teams in Acquisition, Retention, VIP, Sponsorships, and Casino to deliver campaigns that improve engagement and support business goals.
• Coordinate promotional timing around the sporting calendar so the right offers and mechanics are active at the right moment.
• Check and validate promotion setups thoroughly to help ensure launches are accurate and free from issues.
• Assist with promotional development for the Casino division as it continues to grow.
• Create clear documentation for promotion workflows and help establish a scalable, repeatable operating process.
• Work alongside and guide the Promotions Operations Coordinator to increase overall delivery capacity.

Requirements

• Excellent attention to detail with a strong quality assurance approach, spotting issues before they affect customers.
• Confidence using technical platforms and administrative systems.
• Prior experience in sports or wagering promotions is a strong advantage.
• Well organised and process-oriented, with the ability to juggle several builds at the same time.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to keep multiple stakeholders informed and aligned.
• A proactive problem-solver who takes responsibility and works through challenges independently.
• Comfort using AI tools and an interest in applying them to improve speed and accuracy.
