What you will do

In this role, you will coordinate several projects at once within the production environment, ensuring progress from start to finish. You will serve as a communication hub and help keep priorities, timelines, and deliverables on track.

Project responsibilities

  • Oversee and monitor as many as 10 software and cybersecurity projects at the same time, from launch through completion.
  • Create and update project schedules, plans, and deliverable trackers.
  • Collaborate with teams across production and research and development.
  • Support clear, consistent communication so all teams stay informed and aligned.
  • Serve as the main contact for project updates, questions, and escalations.
  • Share regular progress reports, including risks, milestones, and final outcomes.
  • Spot risks, dependencies, and blockers early and work to resolve them quickly.
  • Help remove delays by coordinating resources and decision-making.
  • Develop strong working relationships across functions to support smooth collaboration.
  • Look for ways to improve workflows, processes, and teamwork practices.

What you need to succeed

  • A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical, or Software disciplines.
  • A recent graduate, with graduation completed within the last 12 months.
  • 0 to 2 years of experience; internship or co-op experience is considered an advantage.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Solid organization and time management capability.
  • Ability to manage several projects and competing priorities at once.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Comfort working with cross-functional teams and openness to learning.
  • Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle is helpful.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or MS Project is a plus.

Compensation

The hourly pay is based on experience and falls between CAD 35 and CAD 40 per hour.
