Project Officer & Subject Matter Expert (SME) - Training and Vocational Education

About the Role

Edunet Foundation is dedicated to equipping India's youth with skills essential for the future workforce. We are recruiting Project Officers and Subject Matter Experts to energize and lead training initiatives at vocational institutions. This position focuses on delivering skill development programs with social impact across specified regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture strong connections with Private ITIs, NSTIs, and Vocational Training Institutes.
• Liaise closely with Principals, Training Officers, and various Government stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of training programs.
• Conduct engaging classroom sessions covering fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence, basics of Cybersecurity, and Employability & Job Readiness skills including resume creation, communication, and interview preparation.
• Deliver instructor-led training using standardized materials and presentations effectively.
• Carry out assessments, gather participant feedback, and produce comprehensive training reports.
• Manage and coordinate all training activities across assigned districts to ensure smooth operations.

Candidate Profile

• Education: Graduate in any field; preference for candidates from Education, Management, Social Sciences, or related streams.
• Experience: 2 to 4 years in training, facilitation, educational program delivery, skill development projects, or NGO/CSR initiatives.
• Experience collaborating with Government bodies, ITIs, NSTIs, or skill development missions is advantageous.
• Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation capability, effective stakeholder engagement, proficient in training facilitation and report compilation, working knowledge of MS Office, and willingness to travel extensively within allocated regions.
