Project Manager - Hospitality Renovation with Nationwide Travel

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead several hotel renovation projects across the United States from initial planning through completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality renovations and the ability to manage multiple projects with frequent travel.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee 2 to 3 hotel renovation projects simultaneously, ensuring seamless coordination.
• Manage all aspects of the projects including budgets, schedules, procurement processes, and subcontractor oversight.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project duration.
• Collaborate closely with Superintendents and ownership teams to align project execution.
• Maintain project timelines and budget constraints to guarantee successful completion.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in Project Management with a focus on hospitality renovations.
• Demonstrated experience managing renovations in occupied hotel environments.
• Proficiency in tools such as Procore and Bluebeam.
• Strong capabilities in budgeting and schedule management.
• Willingness and ability to travel nationwide as project demands require.

Preferred Experience

• Knowledge and experience with FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment).
• Exposure to multi-property renovation projects.
• Prior work with major hospitality brands such as Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG, or Omni.

Compensation and Travel

This position offers a salary range of $120,000 to $140,000 annually plus bonuses, with frequent nationwide travel expected.
