Overview
Ten Four is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team on a one-year contract starting August 2026, with a possibility for contract renewal after review. This role involves collaborative work across multiple complex projects, from early stages of ideation and planning through to full project execution and completion.
Role and Responsibilities
This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead event planning and delivery for creative and experiential marketing initiatives. Acting as an Event Producer, you will oversee the full lifecycle of live experiential marketing events for key clients, coordinating client briefs, onsite activations, and managing team workflows. Key responsibilities include:
- Facilitating client onboarding and initial briefing sessions to thoroughly understand project objectives and client expectations.
- Ensuring high-quality project delivery by managing, prioritizing, and executing tasks efficiently alongside the wider team, while contributing creatively from concept development to post-project budget reconciliation.
- Participating in team brainstorming to develop innovative project ideas.
- Handling venue sourcing and contracting, supplier coordination, timeline scheduling, and budget oversight.
- Guaranteeing timely and smooth execution of all project deliverables.
- Staying informed about emerging trends and forecasts in the fashion, luxury, retail, and lifestyle sectors.
- Maintaining and regularly updating live project documentation on Google Drive.
- Applying a global outlook in managing projects.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in production roles or similar environments, preferably with retail experience.
- Higher education qualification at third-level or above.
- Proven success in managing and delivering events from start to finish.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Google G-suite and Drive software.
- Strong relationship-building skills with clients, vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Competence in managing and expanding client accounts.
- Advanced negotiation, contractual management, and supplier rate negotiation abilities.
- Budget management expertise.

Working Conditions
- Working hours are 9:30 am to 5:30 pm Monday to Thursday, and 9:30 am to 4:00 pm on Friday, based in the Portobello office.
- Hybrid work arrangement with one day per week working remotely.
- Flexibility required to work evenings and weekends prior to events.
- Weekend availability required occasionally with advance notice.
- Reliable commute or relocation to Dublin, County Dublin is mandatory before starting work.
