Role Overview
The Community Lead position demands a determined, exceptionally organised, and customer-centered professional passionate about networking and service excellence. This role offers a vibrant environment to gain valuable experience within a top-tier organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and champion the front of house operations, enhancing client interactions and delivering superior customer service.
- Coordinate and arrange both internal and external meetings as needed.
- Foster and sustain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Assist with daily operational tasks including monitoring inventory, managing stock, ensuring cleanliness standards, and performing building audits.
- Organize and support community engagement events.
- Deliver prompt and efficient service to all clients.
- Understand client requirements thoroughly and reflect these needs effectively within the workspace environment.
- Perform additional duties pertinent to the role as assigned.
Required Skills and Experience
- Prior experience in office administration or customer service; background in hospitality or retail is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Strong attention to detail coupled with multitasking ability.
- Proficient in cultivating and maintaining solid business relationships.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Basic IT proficiency including troubleshooting common issues.
