About the Role
A special needs center based in Doha, Qatar is urgently seeking a Clinic Manager to oversee the daily functioning and formulate strategic plans for their clinical team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of a medium-sized clinic ensuring smooth workflow.
- Develop efficient roster structures and clinical staff scheduling to maximize resource utilization.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Possess a bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Have a minimum of two years experience managing operations within a clinic or medical center.
- Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Exhibit strong verbal, written, and organizational capabilities.
- Demonstrate excellent communication proficiency in English.
- Arabic communication skills are preferred but not mandatory.
