Job description
Position Overview
We are looking for a Civil Project Inspector to join a leading real estate organization in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on supporting civil project delivery from design review through final handover, with compensation structured as an all-inclusive package based on experience and qualifications.
What You Will Do
- Participate in civil design assessments and help improve engineering efficiency across the project lifecycle, from concept stage through handover.
- Monitor site activities and quality standards to make sure work progresses according to project schedules and required benchmarks.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders, track progress closely, and flag delays or execution gaps as they arise.
- Support compliance with procedures and help maintain smooth day-to-day operations by following established SOPs.
Experience and Technical Background
- You should have between 3 and 7 years of hands-on experience in executing and inspecting civil, structural, and architectural works.
- Working knowledge of reviewing drawings, specifications, method statements, and material submittals is required.
- Prior exposure to excavation, foundations, structural works, blockwork, plastering, paving, and finishing activities is important.
- Ability to communicate in Arabic is strongly preferred.
