Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Director to lead prestigious VIP 5-star hotel and entertainment development projects. This senior role involves end-to-end responsibility for project strategy, coordination, and flawless execution to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery and compliance with high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of project planning, coordination, and implementation ensuring technical success and financial efficiency.
• Manage budgets, timelines, procurement processes, and resource distribution to maintain cost control and meet deadlines.
• Guide quality assurance, safety protocols, and risk mitigation aligned with corporate guidelines.
• Supervise design, engineering, and construction efforts ensuring conformity to project specifications.
• Maintain strong client engagement, promote value engineering, and oversee commercial and contractual obligations.
• Leverage ERP platforms, ideally SAP, to monitor cost, accounting, and project performance metrics.
• Lead team development initiatives, resolve conflicts effectively, and manage performance.

Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of 20 years professional experience with at least 10 years in project leadership roles focused on large-scale construction or hospitality projects, preferably within the GCC region.
• Strong expertise in engineering principles, project management disciplines, and client relationship handling.
• Demonstrated success in delivering multi-million dollar, complex developments on schedule and budget.
• Exceptional leadership abilities including negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.
