Located near Annaberg-Buchholz, this small-to-medium-sized enterprise operates in the automotive supplier sector, boasting significant revenues in the seven-figure range and subsidiaries in Eastern Europe. The current managing director is prepared for a smooth and structured handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Full responsibility for the operational, strategic, and financial leadership of the company.
• Advancing the corporate strategy by integrating market trends and emerging technologies.
• Active involvement in sales activities with major clients in close cooperation with the sales director.
• Leading and developing executives and employees.
• Managing and enhancing international locations while ensuring compliance with all relevant industry certifications.
• Establishing and maintaining partnerships within the automotive industry.
• Overseeing investment projects, innovation initiatives, and research projects.
• Representing the company in dealings with customers, partners, and other stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated several years of successful executive leadership experience as a managing director or equivalent managerial role, preferably within the automotive sector.
• Strong business acumen combined with technical expertise.
• Entrepreneurial mindset coupled with excellent communication skills.
• Strategic capabilities paired with a strong aptitude for operational execution.
• Fluent proficiency in both German and English, particularly in negotiation contexts.
