  • Lead planning sessions to ensure cohesive coordination across diverse teams aligning project goals and execution.
  • Oversee cost control activities such as budget creation, expenditure tracking, forecasting, accrual management, and financial performance analysis.
  • Conduct variance assessments, prepare Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) and Estimate-to-Complete (ETC) forecasts, and collaborate with commercial/procurement units to manage contractual changes and claims while maintaining budget governance.

  • Produce comprehensive reports highlighting progress, risks, opportunities, and corrective action recommendations for senior stakeholders and clients.
  • Manage risk and change control processes by identifying, assessing, mitigating risks, facilitating risk workshops, maintaining registers, and ensuring change documentation and integration into baselines and reporting.
  • Supervise controls related to critical Data Centre infrastructure elements such as generators, UPS, transformers, switchgear, chillers, cooling systems, and MEP systems from procurement through commissioning phases.
  • Track critical milestones including energization, integrated system testing, commissioning, operational readiness, and client handover for fast-paced, complex Data Centre projects.
  • Coordinate with project directors, construction managers, engineers, contractors, consultants, commissioning experts, and clients to maintain communication and project alignment.
  • Participate in review meetings, provide updates on schedule/cost performance, present recovery strategies, and support strategic decision-making with accurate project controls data.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of project controls experience with proven involvement in large-scale Data Centre, mission-critical, industrial or complex infrastructure projects.
  • Strong skills in project planning, cost management, forecasting, earned value management, risk analysis, and change management.
  • Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6, Oracle Primavera Cloud, Microsoft Project, Power BI, and similar project controls software.
