Qualification and Experience Requirements

• Must meet academic qualifications required for the Associate Professor rank.
• Hold a PhD degree pertinent to the chosen specialization.
• Provide evidence of research or professional accomplishments.
• Have a minimum of two years teaching experience as an Associate Professor or extensive teaching/research experience in a similar higher education setting.
• Possess at least eight peer-reviewed publications in the relevant field since tenure as Associate Professor, or a total of twenty such publications since becoming a Senior Lecturer, with all publications approved by external evaluators.
