Equipment Operations
- Prepare and restore equipment for large-scale production whenever an issue creates a disruption.
- Set up machinery for new production runs when required.
- Assist operators when equipment comes to a stop.
- Provide training to newly joined operators.
Standards, Quality, and Continuous Improvement
- Gather raw data, study it for trends and patterns, and share practical improvement ideas with the supervisor.
- Carry out small-scale improvements within the established working standards.
- Put forward change requests and suggestions for process enhancement.
Production Material Preparation
- Verify that raw materials delivered by the warehouse operator match the production request.
- Handle tasks related to loading raw materials and semi-finished goods.
- Review key output parameters at the final stage of production, including total length, number of acceptable items, and number of defective items.
- Prepare finished goods so they are ready for pickup by the TPA operator.
