Role Overview

The Senior Technician I will support day-to-day production stability, equipment readiness, process compliance and material flow in a manufacturing environment.

Equipment Operations

• Prepare and restore machines for mass production whenever production is interrupted by a blockage.
• Configure machines for new production runs when required.
• Assist operators when equipment is down or stopped.
• Train newly joined operators on the required processes and machine handling.

Standards Compliance

• Collect and review raw production data to spot trends and patterns, then share improvement ideas with the supervisor.
• Carry out minor improvements within the allowed standards, including Kaizen activities.
• Put forward process improvement suggestions and change requests.

Production Material Preparation

• Verify that raw materials delivered by the warehouse operator match the production request.
• Carry out tasks related to loading raw materials and semi-finished goods.
• Review end-of-process parameters such as total length, number of good pieces and number of defective pieces.
• Prepare finished goods so they are ready for collection by the TPA operator.
