Job Description

This role involves ensuring smooth and efficient production operations. Key responsibilities include managing equipment setup and recovery, supporting operators during production halts, and training new team members. The position also requires adherence to quality and production standards, including compiling and analyzing data to identify improvement opportunities, implementing minor improvements (Kazen), and submitting change requests. Additionally, the role entails preparing production materials, verifying raw material deliveries against production requests, executing material loading tasks, and performing quality checks on finished goods, such as measuring total length and counting good and defective products before preparing them for packing.
