Role Responsibilities

  • Operate, clean in place (CIP), and maintain brewing systems of various sizes including 50 bbl, 30 bbl, 3 bbl, and 10 gal.
  • Add fermentation components such as dry hops, fruit, and finings during the brewing process.
  • Perform daily quality checks including measurements and sensory evaluations to ensure product excellence.
  • Participate actively in product development meetings and sensory panels to drive innovation.
  • Operate and maintain equipment like the centrifuge and CIP skid as well as manage racking products in and out of oak barrels.
  • Use forklifts and scissor lifts safely to aid production workflow.
  • Maintain a clean, organized production environment consistent with company standards.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of two years’ professional brewing experience combined with a passion for craft beer.
  • Capability to work in a fast-paced and physically strenuous setting, including lifting weights up to 55 pounds.
  • Strong problem-solving aptitude and organizational skills.
  • Commitment to safety and detail-oriented execution throughout production.

Working Hours and Schedule

  • The position involves rotating morning and afternoon shifts.
  • Includes weekend work approximately every two weeks, lasting around two hours.
