Role Overview

As a Beverage Sampling Representative for Outlaw Light, you will serve as the brand’s on-site ambassador at retail stores, grocery outlets, and on-premise venues. Your main task will be to organize and lead sampling events that increase brand trial and consumer awareness. Ideal candidates are outgoing, passionate about beer, and excel in dynamic, social settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and conduct sampling events at various retail and hospitality locations.
• Engage with consumers enthusiastically and knowledgeably, reflecting brand values.
• Manage setup and teardown of sampling stations, including product and branded displays.
• Ensure correct product handling, temperature control, and presentation standards.
• Accurately collect and report consumer feedback, product movement, and event data through specified tools.
• Collaborate with distributors and venue managers to confirm event logistics.
• Comply with all alcohol sampling regulations and retailer guidelines.
• Maintain adequate stock and promotional materials during events.
• Complete necessary recordkeeping promptly and accurately.
• Keep a neat, professional sampling environment at all times.
• Represent the Outlaw Light brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Stay updated on the product line, brand story, and competitors.
• Communicate effectively with Market Leads about scheduling, feedback, and competition.
• Follow all safety and compliance protocols rigorously.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum age of 21 years.
• At least one year of experience in beverage sampling, brand ambassador roles, retail demonstration, or similar consumer-facing positions.
• Preferred knowledge of beer and beverage alcohol industry practices.
• Familiarity with state and local alcohol sampling regulations is advantageous.
• Proficient with basic computer applications such as email, Google Docs, and mobile reporting tools.
• Ability to strictly adhere to event protocols and brand standards.
• Strong organizational skills for independent event management.
• Willingness and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Reliable transportation to event locations.
