Production Artist / Graphic Designer - Remote Contract

Overview

We are looking for a meticulous and efficient Production Artist / Graphic Designer to join our expanding internal marketing team. As the company undergoes a significant corporate rebranding and prepares to launch a new website, you will play a crucial role in updating and migrating a comprehensive collection of sales and marketing materials to align with the new brand style guide.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement the finalized brand style guide on a wide array of presentation decks, sales collateral, and marketing documents.
• Design and develop high-quality marketing collateral such as brochures, data sheets, whitepapers, and other sales-related assets.
• Create digital assets including web banners and social media graphics according to given specifications.
• Organize and maintain a cloud-based file system, prepare clean vector and layered files, and ready assets for transfer to web developers and external partners.
• Independently oversee production projects from initiation to completion while upholding consistency and quality with minimal oversight.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Exceptional skills with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and Illustrator; Photoshop knowledge is advantageous.
• Strong expertise in typography, layout design, visual hierarchy, alignment, and maintaining color consistency.
• Experience with cloud collaboration platforms such as Google Workspace.
• Ability to efficiently execute production-oriented design tasks requiring high accuracy and care.
• Previous work producing marketing materials for B2B, technology, SaaS, or enterprise software sectors is beneficial but not mandatory.

Work Details

• This is a fully remote contract role requiring approximately 40 hours per week, with flexibility based on project demands.
• Candidates should be available to collaborate during Central or Eastern Time business hours.
• There is potential for this contract role to evolve into a permanent full-time position contingent upon business needs and individual performance.
