Based in Christchurch or Wellington, this role offers an impactful opportunity where your clinical knowledge and relationship-building abilities will directly influence outcomes for customers and patients across the Southern region. As a Product Specialist in Urology and Women's Health, you will report to the Business Manager and take ownership of your territory while collaborating closely with a nationwide team.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement territory plans to surpass sales objectives.
- Establish and maintain strong partnerships with specialists, charge nurses, and procurement personnel.
- Provide clinical and procedural support utilizing your technical expertise.
- Discover new business prospects and confidently finalize sales.
- Operate independently while contributing productively to the national team’s success.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Background in clinical practice or medical device sales, eager to develop in a specialist capacity.
- Focus on meeting healthcare professionals' needs to enhance patient care quality.
- Excellent at communication and relationship management.
- Capable of juggling multiple tasks and adhering to deadlines.
- Self-motivated, inquisitive, and adept at problem solving.
- Collaborative, with a commitment to supporting team objectives.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or related clinical practice.
- Strong understanding of complex medical procedures and ability to communicate technical details clearly.
- Knowledge of New Zealand hospital systems, procurement processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Holds a valid New Zealand driver’s license.
- Must be eligible to work or reside in New Zealand.
