Role overview

This position is responsible for keeping purchasing and product costing workflows running accurately and efficiently. You will help maintain reliable data across systems and provide coordination support to the wider Supply Chain team so the business can continue to serve the healthcare sector effectively.

Key duties

  • Help with product costing tasks, ensuring updates are accurate and completed on time.
  • Raise and manage purchase orders, communicate with suppliers, and keep product and supplier records correct and current.
  • Prepare inventory analysis and reports to support informed decision-making.
  • Work with internal teams to maintain accurate inventory records, improve product mix management, and drive cost effectiveness.
  • Assist with demand planning activities and support continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.

About you

The ideal candidate is proactive, energetic, and self-driven, with a strong eye for detail and a practical, solutions-focused attitude.

Skills and experience

  • Good numerical and analytical capability.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid planning and coordination ability.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office.
  • Previous exposure to purchasing, costing, or supply chain work is an advantage.
  • Experience with Power BI, Netstock, MYOB Exo, and structured quality systems or documented processes is preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare or medical devices is also beneficial.
