About the role

This position is part of the Product team, which creates the customer experiences behind Revolut’s products. The team works closely with Design, Engineering, and Data to develop scalable solutions that customers value.

The role is for a Product Owner with trading expertise who will take charge of the product roadmap, ongoing operations, and execution of projects related to wealth and trading.

This opportunity includes relocation support to Poland, Spain, the UAE, or the UK. After relocation, the role can be performed remotely or in a hybrid setup from Krakow, Barcelona, Madrid, Dubai, or London.

Responsibilities

• Guide the full lifecycle of wealth and trading features, from early concepts through development, launch, growth, and long-term upkeep.
• Define team objectives and measurable success indicators that support broader company priorities.
• Use market insight, data review, and business strategy to maximise the product’s impact.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a fast-growing technology company or a finance-related area such as acquiring, payments, cryptocurrency, or trading.
• At least 2 years working on technical products such as platforms, distributed systems, data science, machine learning, computer vision, or robotics.
• At least 1 year of experience leading people; Product Owners at Revolut directly manage members of Engineering, Operations, and Design teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid analytical and technical ability, combined with strong commercial judgement for ROI-led prioritisation.
• Proven ability to create and drive a clear product vision while representing the story to leadership, customers, and partners.
• A practical, action-oriented mindset and willingness to get hands-on.
• Experience building and launching products from the ground up.
• Ability to generate insights and deliver measurable outcomes in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Entrepreneurial drive.
• Nice-to-have: familiarity with margin trading and trading platforms.
