Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate continuously with product and development teams to enhance Shopee’s search and recommendation engine through a combination of technical and operational initiatives.
• Conduct thorough testing and quality control to assess the performance and reliability of search and recommendation features.
• Identify and report issues by analyzing problematic cases and gathering comprehensive product feedback.
• Deliver insightful analysis reflecting local market trends and context to guide optimization strategies.
• Lead the refinement of labeling portals aimed at boosting operational efficiency and workforce productivity.

Candidate Requirements

• Holds a diploma or degree from an accredited tertiary institution.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, due to involvement with tasks related to the Indonesian market.
