Role Overview

This position is intentionally broad and adaptable. Reporting directly to the Chief of Staff, the Strategic Initiatives Lead will tackle the company's most pressing challenges, initially focusing on growth strategies before potentially expanding to broader go-to-market activities. The role suits individuals from environments with fast feedback cycles and high expectations, such as early-stage startups or strategic consulting roles that required pragmatic execution and innovation without existing templates.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify scalable opportunities by analyzing various channels, content types, and distribution strategies to develop a predictable lead pipeline, treating this as a structured research endeavour rather than routine campaign management.
• Implement AI-driven automation to optimize and replace manual workflows, utilizing advanced tools like Clay for data enrichment and n8n for workflow automation, building scalable systems and enabling team adoption.
• Take full ownership of clearly defined projects or problem areas, managing research, planning, and execution to convert ambiguous challenges into definitive recommendations and operational programs.
• Document successful strategies and processes to create replicable playbooks, ensuring knowledge transfer and facilitating team-wide adoption for sustained scaling.
