Role Overview
The Product Marketing Specialist for Fraud Prevention will directly support the Product Marketing leader in crafting and executing B2B marketing strategies for Interac's innovative fraud prevention products. This position is integral in shaping product narratives, orchestrating go-to-market campaigns, and engaging key financial and enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine the product story and value propositions, translating technical details into persuasive business-focused content.
- Create, maintain, and adapt core messaging and positioning documents for fraud solutions.
- Coordinate marketing initiatives across digital, content, and event platforms, managing timelines and agency partnerships to ensure consistent delivery.
- Support internal and partner-facing campaign launches and toolkit developments.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional agile teams including product, sales, communications, and research to align marketing activities with product strategies.
- Conduct market and competitor analyses; gather and synthesize customer insights to inform marketing directions.
- Track and report marketing performance metrics, monitor industry trends to drive continuous improvements.
- Prepare sales enablement materials such as presentations, one-pagers, and case studies to equip sales teams and partners.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within financial services, fintech, product marketing, or fraud prevention sectors.
- Proven project management and organizational abilities paired with strong communication skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for business audiences.
- Analytical mindset with capability in data-driven marketing measurement and optimization.
