Minimum qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree, or equivalent hands-on professional experience.
- At least 6 years of marketing experience across one or more areas such as growth, product marketing, brand marketing, or social marketing.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional or cross-team initiatives.

- Interest in marketing, brand management, strategy consulting, agencies, technology, or adjacent areas.

That includes shaping positioning, defining value propositions, building market narratives, guiding campaign execution, and collaborating with teams across sales, communications, legal, web, product, and engineering.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver go-to-market plans and campaigns for major ads moments during the year, supporting business growth pipeline and product adoption goals.
- Work closely with internal and external partners to shape local, regional, and global strategy and ensure ads marketing efforts support broader business priorities.
- Study product features and audience value to define clear positioning, differentiation, and messaging for different countries, audiences, and industry segments.
- Own events, campaigns, and executive programs, including creative direction and media planning, while deciding when to adapt global assets or create local ones.
- Measure program performance, interpret results, and turn findings into practical recommendations using structured problem-solving and critical thinking.
