Job Overview
Lead the complete product lifecycle for SPayLater offerings across various markets, encompassing ideation, design, technical execution, testing, launch, and ongoing enhancements post-release.
Key Responsibilities
- Steer end-to-end product development processes ensuring alignment across multidisciplinary teams.
- Perform comprehensive market assessments and competitive analyses to uncover new opportunities and identify improvement areas.
- Establish and monitor key performance metrics to evaluate product success effectively.
- Gather and analyse user data and feedback to assess product feature performance, guiding iterative product development.
- Maintain effective communication and collaboration among business development, risk management, operations, design, engineering, data science, and customer experience units.
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree holder in computer science, engineering, technology, or related fields from a reputable university.
- Possess strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving capabilities; experience in data analysis or design is preferred.
- Prior experience in a product management role with a robust technical background, particularly in marketing systems, backend infrastructure, or AI-related technologies.
- Proactive, positive-minded, excellent team collaborator who thrives in dynamic and fast-evolving settings.
