Job description
Role overview
This opportunity is advertised on behalf of a partner employer, which handles the application review and all later hiring steps. The company is hiring a Product Manager for Player Onboarding & Activation in Ireland.
In this role, you will own a major growth driver within a fast-growing iGaming environment: turning incoming traffic into engaged players. You will shape and improve the complete early-stage user journey, covering the first visit, registration, onboarding, first deposit, and first gameplay. The position sits at the crossroads of product, design, marketing, and compliance, with a strong focus on creating smooth, high-conversion experiences. You will work in a highly analytical and test-oriented setting, find friction in the funnel, run experiments, and keep refining activation performance. The role has direct impact on growth, retention, and revenue outcomes.
Accountabilities
- Take full ownership of the player onboarding funnel and continuously improve it by studying user behavior, spotting drop-off points, and increasing the share of visitors who become active players.
- Work closely with marketing and acquisition teams to make sure traffic quality, campaign expectations, and onboarding results are aligned.
- Lead the creation and refinement of registration and onboarding journeys, making sure they work smoothly with compliance and KYC processes.
- Partner with design colleagues to deliver clear, intuitive, and conversion-focused experiences that reduce the time needed for users to reach their first value moment.
- Serve as the main product contact for onboarding and activation initiatives, keeping all stakeholders aligned.
- Share product insights, roadmap updates, and performance results with senior leadership and other key internal stakeholders.
- Carry out user acceptance testing and confirm that shipped features satisfy quality, usability, and regulatory expectations.
- Support launch follow-up by monitoring user behavior, running experiments, and applying ongoing data-led improvements.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of product management experience in iGaming, especially in user journey improvement and conversion optimization.
- Solid knowledge of iGaming products such as online casinos, sports betting, or comparable platforms.
- Strong ability to interpret user behavior, funnel data, and complex datasets to guide product decisions.
- Experience collaborating across marketing, design, compliance, and engineering functions.
- Excellent organizational ability and comfort handling several priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong understanding of acquisition, onboarding flows, and activation metrics.
- Clear communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, experimentation methods, and data-driven product improvement is a strong advantage.
Perks and benefits
- Completely remote role with the flexibility to work from anywhere in Europe.
- Competitive pay package based on experience.
- Yearly performance reviews with potential for salary increases and career advancement.
- Additional paid leave that grows with tenure, reaching up to 26 days in total.
- Birthday leave after completing one year with the company.
- Reimbursements for health, wellness, and fitness expenses, including dedicated budgets after certain tenure milestones.
- Budget for self-development, including courses, training, and professional learning.
- Work equipment provided, including a laptop, headphones, and accessories.
- A culture centered on transparency, experimentation, and continuous improvement in an international growth setting.
