Role Overview

Kyndryl is looking for a strategic, customer-focused Product Manager to lead a core product from early problem discovery through launch and ongoing refinement. In this role, you will connect business goals, user needs, and engineering execution, working closely with stakeholders, designers, and software engineers to turn ideas into working products. The position has high visibility and your work in strategy, planning, and post-launch improvement will influence the product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Speak with stakeholders and end users to uncover the problem area and clearly define the issue to be solved.
• Prepare business proposals that explain why resources should be allocated and help secure funding.
• Set measurable success criteria and build dashboards to track progress.
• Develop product hypotheses, shape product strategy, and plan initiatives that improve outcomes.
• Build and maintain the product roadmap while coordinating with the team to meet timelines and goals.
• Partner with designers and software engineers to design, test, and launch the product.
• Track results after launch and keep improving the product based on performance and feedback.
• Work with users directly and provide support to encourage adoption of the product.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable business results.
• Experience working end to end with design and engineering teams to build products.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Ability to handle senior stakeholders effectively.
• Comfort working independently under pressure and prioritizing well to meet tight deadlines.
• Prior exposure to Confluence, JIRA, and Balsamiq is advantageous.
• A degree or diploma in computer science or a product-management-related field is a plus.
• Experience serving enterprise or B2B customers is preferred.
• Certifications such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Business Analysis Professional are an added advantage.
