The Role
BJAK is hiring product managers to take ownership of product areas within its finance super app. This position is suited to builders who can understand customer needs, shape product direction, collaborate closely with engineering and design, launch quickly, and continue refining the product after release.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of product areas spanning insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, or other financial services.
- Identify user problems, define the product boundary, set success measures, and build the roadmap and launch plan.
- Partner with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business teams to deliver solutions.
- Simplify complex financial offerings into clear and easy customer experiences.
- Use analytics, customer feedback, research, and production issues to guide product decisions.
- Release features, track results, and iterate based on what is learned after launch.
- Balance speed, user experience, business value, regulatory needs, and operational complexity when making decisions.
What We’re Looking For
- Background as a Product Manager, Product Owner, founder, growth/product operator, or in a comparable role.
- Strong product judgment and the ability to break down complicated workflows into simple experiences.
- Experience working directly with engineers and designers to ship live products.
- Comfort using metrics, customer feedback, experiments, and post-launch insights.
- Strong written communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
- High ownership and the ability to move work forward with limited direction.
- Experience in fintech, insurance, payments, consumer apps, or other fast-growing products is a plus.

Location
This is a remote role, but candidates must already be based in Singapore. BJAK is hiring specifically for this market, so applicants need to be located in Singapore at the time of applying.
Language
English is the primary working language across BJAK’s global teams, so strong English communication skills are required.
