Product Manager - Enterprise AI Solutions

Overview

Meta is spearheading AI-driven enterprise solutions with a focus on the Asia-Pacific region. The company is establishing forward-deployed engineering teams to deliver AI-powered products for major partners across India and Southeast Asia. The Product Manager will be responsible for managing the AI-enabled enterprise product lifecycle in APAC, from conception to revenue generation, leveraging foundational models and agent platforms. Collaboration with engineering teams and direct partner engagement are vital to successfully shipping agentic AI products, evaluating them rigorously, and driving impactful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the identification of significant short-term and long-term opportunities within a broad product domain, shaping mission, strategy, and roadmap aligned with organizational objectives.
• Build consensus and alignment across departments, bringing clarity to ambiguous challenges while operating proactively and independently.
• Set standards for thorough tradeoff analysis to discern when AI solutions are appropriate at the portfolio level.
• Create compelling, differentiated AI product visions that carve out new market categories.
• Champion AI-centric strategies, including evaluation and data methodologies that foster continuous organizational improvement.
• Manage cross-functional product development teams, ensuring high team morale and health.
• Coordinate with internal groups such as design and legal to define product requirements, resource allocation, roadmaps, and milestone delivery.
• Redesign workflows by responsibly integrating AI tools to enhance organizational efficiency and capability at scale.
• Encourage a culture of rapid experimentation and learning within the team.
• Implement and expand AI best practices—including responsible AI usage and workflow optimization—across the organization.
• Plan and oversee information technology projects for web-based products and platforms.
• Manage complex multi-organizational execution by combining AI automation with strategic human oversight.
• Adapt fluid processes and innovate creative solutions in a dynamic environment.
• Exemplify the use of AI-enabled tools in product building, setting high technical expectations for product managers.
• Integrate cutting-edge research and AI advancements into product strategy through rigorous logical reasoning.
• Demonstrate deep understanding of system architecture trade-offs impacting user experience and business results.
• Lead strategic technical decisions alongside engineering leadership.
• Incorporate data analysis, research, market insights, and usability studies to refine product strategies and improve user satisfaction and engineering efficiency.
• Present complex technical concepts appropriately to diverse audiences including executives and cross-functional partners.
• Align products with Meta’s strategic and competitive positioning to maintain industry relevance.
• Define, track, and analyze key success metrics using user insights, quantitative analysis, and A/B testing to guide product decisions.
• Design sophisticated AI-driven experiments, interpret their outcomes, and make informed strategic product decisions.
• Establish scalable evaluation frameworks (evals) to assess model outputs, making evaluation a core AI product capability.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of experience in product management and/or product design.
• Extensive experience leading cross-functional product development with engineering, design, and research teams.
• Proven track record managing full product lifecycles, incorporating customer feedback, prioritizing features, and executing pre- and post-launch activities.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical leadership skills.
• Demonstrated expertise in utilizing AI tools to develop scalable product artifacts.
• Experience in creating and promoting AI-native strategies organization-wide.
• Comfort and experience presenting to executive-level audiences.

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with responsible and ethical AI practices such as risk evaluation, bias mitigation, and accuracy assessments.
• Proven ability to integrate AI tools to optimize workflows, yielding measurable improvements in efficiency and quality.
• History of scaling AI best practices across multiple teams or organizations.
• Commitment to continuous AI skill development, including prompt engineering and agent orchestration, with keen awareness of emerging AI technologies.
• Experience working in consumer-focused technology companies.
• Background in building AI-native products from inception, platform or ecosystem products, or marketplaces.
