This position focuses on creating innovative brand experiences—from in-product initiatives to partnerships and branded content—that strengthen brand affinity and deliver measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize analytical skills, audience insights, brand strategy, and product expertise to craft innovative marketing programs that enhance brand relevance and drive outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with Product Marketing and Insights teams to convert business goals into executable marketing strategies.
- Lead comprehensive cross-channel marketing initiatives covering strategy, creative development, implementation, optimization, and performance analysis.
- Develop creative briefs and talent or partner proposals that inspire effective creative solutions for complex brand challenges.
- Work alongside diverse cross-functional teams to discover opportunities and deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
- Plan and implement international marketing efforts to grow brand presence and engagement worldwide.
Minimum Qualifications
- Over 10 years of experience managing and executing large-scale brand marketing projects and campaigns.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior with demonstrated ability to employ consumer research and data for actionable marketing insights and strategies.
- Proven record of leading media and creative agencies.
- Experience juggling multiple campaigns and collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth program launches and maximize impact.
- Background in consumer product categories, especially consumer technology.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related discipline.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within the technology sector.
- Knowledge and practice of responsible and ethical AI, including risk assessment, bias reduction, and quality assurance.
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and contribute to loosely-defined projects by proactively identifying tasks and coordinating stakeholders.
- Expertise integrating AI tools to enhance workflows and deliver measurable results like efficiency improvements and quality enhancements.
- Continuous development of AI-related skills such as prompt engineering, agent orchestration, and staying updated with emerging AI advancements.

Compensation and Benefits
The role offers a salary range from $152,000 to $213,000 annually, supplemented by bonus, equity, and benefits. Individual compensation varies according to skills, qualifications, experience, and location, and excludes incentives which are additional. Meta provides a comprehensive benefits package.
