We strive to create an inclusive workplace where every employee feels a sense of belonging and opportunity to excel. We seek innovative and passionate Product Managers to lead the development of outstanding products by integrating engineering, data science, and design teams.

Responsibilities
- Gain deep insights into driver needs and business goals to articulate an inspiring product vision that mobilizes your team, peers, and leadership.
- Define team objectives and success indicators grounded in data analytics, market studies, and user feedback that align with Lyft's mission to maximize impact.
- Develop and lead the execution of a product roadmap with cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, data scientists, and marketers.
- Foster alignment and cooperation with partner groups on shared projects and targets.
- Effectively communicate plans, priorities, experiments, and outcomes to diverse audiences from partner teams to senior executives.
- Take end-to-end ownership of products—existing or new—through ideation, development, launch, growth, and ongoing support.
Experience and Skills
- At least 3 years of experience in product management, product design, or an equivalent consultant capacity focused on consumer-facing products.
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity by organizing projects systematically and defining clear performance metrics.
- Strong user empathy demonstrated through customer discovery and product creation processes.
- Proficient decision-making skills with a track record of influencing alignment across organizational levels and balancing user experience with marketplace needs.
- Excellent communication skills tailored for diverse stakeholders within teams, company-wide, and external users.
- Detail-oriented with the natural capacity to handle multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
Benefits
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance with additional supportive programs.
- Support for mental health, family planning, childcare, and pet care.
- 401(k) retirement savings plan including company matching.
- Paid time off including 12 holidays plus discretionary PTO for salaried employees and 15 PTO days for hourly employees.
- Generous parental leave policy covering 18 weeks for biological, adoptive, and foster parents.
- Commuter subsidies, monthly Lyft ride credits, and complimentary Lyft Pink membership.
