Role Overview

As Product Manager for AI-powered security offerings, you will define the product direction, strategic priorities, and delivery plan. This role works closely with Engineering, Design, Threat Intelligence, and go-to-market functions to convert difficult security problems into products that create value for customers.

You will determine what gets built and the reasoning behind it, while balancing user needs, technical feasibility, and business objectives to support continuous and autonomous security outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the assigned products in line with company goals and customer expectations.
• Work with Engineering and Design to shape, rank, and deliver features from early concept to launch.
• Turn customer challenges, market trends, and threat intelligence into clear product requirements and user stories.
• Use data to make prioritization choices that weigh customer benefit, engineering effort, and commercial impact.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, including discovery, validation, delivery, iteration, and ongoing refinement.
• Coordinate with Threat Intelligence and Security Research teams so the product remains aligned with emerging threats.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to support launches and encourage adoption.
• Establish, monitor, and communicate product KPIs and metrics to evaluate performance and shape future decisions.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a Product Manager for technical or B2B software products, such as cybersecurity, AI, SaaS, or infrastructure solutions.
• Solid grasp of the product development lifecycle and agile delivery methods.
• Ability to convert complex technical and security topics into practical priorities and requirements.
• Experience maintaining a roadmap and resolving competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work across technical and commercial teams.
• Comfort using analytics and data to guide decisions and assess results.
• Good understanding of the technical and security landscape across international markets.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in execution.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in high-growth or scaling technology businesses.
• Exposure to cybersecurity areas such as threat detection, vulnerability research, or attack surface management.
• Experience with AI/ML-enabled products and how they are developed and launched.
• History of collaborating with engineering teams in multiple locations.
• Education in technology, engineering, computer science, or another relevant technical discipline.
