Role Overview

This position offers full ownership of the product journey from inception through to initial release. The company combines the reliability of an established organization with the agility and experimental approach of a startup, encouraging rapid prototyping and iterative development to create meaningful user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the entire product lifecycle from zero to first release, including opportunity identification and value definition.
• Work in close concert with engineering and design teams to quickly develop prototypes, validate assumptions, and refine the product direction based on feedback.
• Facilitate alignment across diverse teams to maintain product vision and momentum amidst uncertainty.
• Utilize data to measure success, gather insights, and drive continuous product improvements.
• Keep current with advancements in artificial intelligence and leverage new technologies to enhance user value.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of two years experience in product management with demonstrated success launching products from scratch.
• Deep understanding of vibe coding principles and AI product workflows, coupled with a strong grasp of technical feasibility.
• Comfortable navigating uncertain environments, prioritizing rapid iteration and learning over exhaustive planning.
• Technical proficiency that facilitates effective communication with machine learning and engineering teams.
• Mandarin language skills are advantageous for collaboration with regional colleagues.
