Product Manager - AI Healthcare Solutions

Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Product Manager to spearhead the AI product vision and roadmap for a comprehensive healthcare platform. This role focuses on leveraging AI technologies to address intricate healthcare challenges, enhance operational workflows, and deliver superior outcomes for businesses and members.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the strategic product roadmap and vision for AI-enabled healthcare solutions.
• Collaborate with business units, engineering, data science, and clinical/operations teams to pinpoint high-impact AI use cases.
• Analyze healthcare data, organizational workflows, and enterprise systems to uncover AI and machine learning opportunities.
• Convert business requirements into defined product specifications, user stories, and prioritized task backlogs.
• Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept through launch and ongoing improvement.
• Assess product performance using KPIs, monitor user engagement, operational efficiency, and business results.
• Align product strategies with executive leadership and overall company objectives.
• Partner tightly with engineering and AI teams to ensure the product vision is successfully realized.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Product Management with responsibility for enterprise-wide products.
• Demonstrated expertise in defining product strategies, crafting product roadmaps, and leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Proficient knowledge of AI technologies including Generative AI, Machine Learning, or intelligent automation.
• In-depth understanding of healthcare domains such as data, claims, payer operations, care management, provider workflow, or population health.
• Skilled in analyzing healthcare systems and data models to identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions.
• Exceptional capability to engage effectively with engineering, data science, UX design, analytics, and business leadership stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, prioritization, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
• Experience building AI-powered products intended for payer, provider, health technology, or digital health sectors.
• Familiar with healthcare regulations and standards like HIPAA, FHIR, and HL7.
• Experience with advanced AI technologies such as large language models, predictive analytics, recommendation systems, conversational AI, or workflow automation.
• Prior experience operating within Agile or Scrum methodologies and closely collaborating with technical teams.
• MBA or comparable product leadership qualification is an advantage.
