Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate under mentorship with senior Product Managers on product requirement research, analysis, and designing solutions.
• Help prepare and update product requirement documents (PRD), prototypes, and related documentation.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and quality assurance teams to support product development and ensure delivery matches requirements.
• Contribute to product testing, tracking issues, and post-launch optimization cycles.
• Assist in analyzing user feedback, usage data, and other insights to enhance product experience.
• Conduct fundamental market and competitor research to inform product decisions.

Candidate Requirements

• Recent graduates or those with less than two years of full-time work experience.
• Possession of a Bachelor’s degree or higher; degrees in Computer Science, IT, Information Management, Business, or related disciplines are advantageous.
• Strong passion for product management and a commitment to a career path in this field.
• Logical reasoning and analytical skills to decompose and resolve complex issues.
• Effective communication and collaboration capabilities to work across multidisciplinary teams.
• Quick learner with great responsibility and execution skills.
• Proficient documentation skills to clearly organize and communicate concepts.
• Keen interest in blockchain, cryptocurrency, decentralized finance (DeFi), and non-fungible tokens (NFTs).
• Highly dedicated, diligent, and self-disciplined individual.
• Initiative-driven, comfortable handling ambiguous and high-pressure situations.
• Fluent in English with strong interpersonal and presentation abilities; Mandarin language skills are an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience via internships or academic projects in product management roles.
• Familiarity with product development tools such as Axure, Figma, prototyping and mocking software, Confluence, Feishu, and similar platforms.
• Exposure to performing data analytics, user research, or competitor analysis.
• A continuous interest in web or technology products.
• Technical education or foundational technical knowledge.
