Role Overview

This position involves hands-on operational responsibilities central to our platform, managing daily workflows that ensure the functionality of our products involving real assets, currency, and on-chain transactions. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, managing repetitive but critical tasks, providing a unique opportunity to understand the complete operation of a real-world asset project.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of Real-World Asset (RWA) products, including minting, redemption, and reconciliation processes.
• Assist in the creation and upkeep of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to asset lifecycle management.
• Collaborate closely with product, compliance, and custody teams to ensure operations are executed smoothly.
• Detect inefficiencies in processes and develop suggestions for enhancement.
• Conduct fundamental data tracking and perform analyses to support operational decisions.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate in Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Finance, or related disciplines.
• Strong capability for logical and structured reasoning.
• Ability to comprehend and follow SOP-based operational workflows.
• Detail-focused with a high level of accountability.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.

Preferred Attributes

• Interest in cryptocurrency, real-world assets, or financial markets.
• Internship experience in fintech, banking, or consulting sectors.
• Basic knowledge of financial product operations.
