About the Role

Ocho People is collaborating closely with a pioneering company in agentic AI that has been thriving for over a decade, currently progressing towards Series C funding. This crucial role centers on leading growth efforts for their flagship product, Agentic Studio, which is revolutionizing software testing through AI-driven automation and intelligent agent systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire self-service user funnel encompassing user activation, adoption, conversion, retention, expansion, and revenue generation from self-service channels.
• Utilize data from product analytics, user feedback, and behavioral patterns to pinpoint growth prospects and inform the product development roadmap.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to enhance self-service experiences, initiate and analyze experiments, and improve time-to-value for users.
• Develop and implement growth experiments aimed at boosting user engagement, conversion rates, retention, and monetization strategies.
• Work jointly with marketing and sales departments to elevate acquisition quality, optimize conversion rates, and increase lifetime value of customers.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of five years experience in product management focused on creating and refining self-service funnels for B2B SaaS products integrating AI or machine learning.
• Demonstrated success in directly driving revenue expansion through data-informed product strategies and experimental approaches.
• Expertise in designing onboarding flows, conversion funnels, and lifecycle journeys that reduce time to value and improve customer adoption.
• Strong analytical aptitude with proficiency in interpreting product metrics, customer insights, and behavioral data to uncover growth opportunities and track outcomes.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple functions including product, engineering, design, marketing, and sales to achieve impactful business results in a dynamic startup setting.
