About The Opportunity
- This newly established Product Manager position is with a leading professional services representative body, designed to provide dedicated leadership to a digital product portfolio emphasizing profitability, optimization, growth, and launching innovative offerings for long-term commercial viability.
- The role entails overseeing product direction by collaborating closely with teams in marketing, digital, business development, finance, and analytics to define priorities, validate market opportunities, construct business cases, and execute product enhancements from conception through launch.
- The successful candidate will support the growth and expansion of digital products in a collaborative environment, encouraging operational independence, commercial ownership, and adaptability in a rapidly evolving digital field.
Qualifications and Experience
- Demonstrated experience in managing products throughout the full lifecycle, including ideation, launch, and ongoing iteration.
- Strong expertise in digital product management, emphasizing online platforms and decisions driven by data analysis.
- Robust commercial insight with competence in pricing strategies, financial modeling, and assessing product profitability.
- Experience in developing business cases and efficiently prioritizing product roadmaps across multiple offerings.
- Proven ability to manage relationships confidently across marketing, finance, digital teams, and external delivery partners.
- Capability to operate autonomously in a newly created role.
- A pragmatic, hands-on approach focused on tangible delivery beyond strategic formulation.
- Experience in professional services, regulated sectors, or financial services is considered advantageous.
