Product Listing Specialist (Shopify)

About the Role

We are seeking a meticulous Product Listing Specialist familiar with Shopify and advanced Excel techniques to manage and optimize our extensive product catalogue of over 7,500 SKUs. This position involves maintaining data quality and executing listing updates rather than SEO strategy creation. The company operates in watch retail across the UK, EU, and the USA.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain high-quality data management in Shopify including categorization, tagging, and metafields at scale.
• Perform bulk updates in Shopify using CSV/Excel files, ensuring error-free adjustments to titles, descriptions, and metadata.
• Implement SEO briefs and keyword directives to produce polished, accurate product listings.
• Conduct competitor analysis by scraping websites to gather brand details, pricing, and product information.

Candidate Requirements

• Expertise in web and data scraping for extracting competitor specifications, pricing, and product data from multiple sites efficiently.
• Strong command of Excel or Google Sheets features such as XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data cleansing techniques.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify bulk imports and exports, including managing metafields.
• Good familiarity with SEO fundamentals like meta tags, title structuring, and proper formatting.
• Exceptional attention to detail ensuring zero tolerance for data inaccuracies.
• Proficient written English communication skills.

Additional Information

• Industry experience in watches, fashion, or luxury retail is highly advantageous.
• Knowledge or experience working with Amazon or eBay platforms is a plus.
