Product Designer

Role overview

M3 Communications is hiring a Product Designer in Singapore to craft clear, intuitive, and impactful digital experiences. The role involves partnering with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to shape ideas into practical user journeys that work well for real users.

What you will do

• Build complete product experiences for both web and mobile platforms.
• Translate product ideas into user flows, wireframes, and polished UI mockups.
• Use user feedback and product data to refine and improve the experience.
• Work with developers to make sure the final implementation matches the design intent.
• Join product conversations and provide input during design critique sessions.
• Keep design systems up to date and improve them over time.

What we are looking for

• At least 3 years of experience in product design or UX/UI design.
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates work on real products, not only visual concepts.
• Hands-on experience with design tools such as Figma.
• Working knowledge of UX best practices and basic user research methods.
• Ability to break down complex problems into clean, usable design solutions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
