Job description

Role overview

We are looking for a Brand Designer who can define, evolve, and safeguard a company’s visual presence across every customer touchpoint. The role focuses on building cohesive brand systems, creating high-quality marketing visuals, and making sure the brand looks and feels consistent across digital and print channels.

Responsibilities

  • Build and continuously refine brand identity elements such as logo usage, typography, color systems, and imagery direction.
  • Design a wide range of marketing and communication assets, including social media content, advertisements, presentations, brochures, and website graphics.
  • Partner with marketing, product, and UX teams to keep visual output aligned with the brand across all channels.
  • Develop brand guidelines and support adherence to them across internal teams and external vendors.
  • Turn strategic brand ideas into clear, engaging visual executions.
  • Contribute to campaign creatives, product launch materials, and promotional design work.
  • Track design trends and incorporate relevant visual approaches when appropriate.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates branding, visual identity, and campaign design capabilities.
  • Working proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma, or comparable software.
  • Solid understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to think strategically and convert concepts into structured visual systems.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in startups, agencies, or other fast-paced environments is preferred.
  • Motion design or basic animation experience is an added advantage.
  • Experience collaborating on UI/UX-related work is preferred.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and social media design trends is beneficial.
