Role overview

Scale AI is hiring a bilingual Product Designer to shape intuitive, AI-powered experiences for government and enterprise customers across the Middle East. This role sits in an early-stage product environment where you’ll turn uncertainty into clear product direction and help build tools that support important decisions for organizations and public sector teams.

The team focuses on high-quality data and strong design to create products that support leading AI systems and real-world business use cases.

What you’ll do

• Take ownership of the design journey from early concept through final delivery, partnering closely with product managers and engineers to launch meaningful products quickly.
• Pull insights from product discussions and customer feedback, then convert them into strong design ideas and product concepts.
• Work with multiple stakeholders, balance different viewpoints, and help the team align on a clear design direction.
• Create polished prototypes and communicate ideas clearly through verbal presentation and visual storytelling, including the use of AI tools such as Cursor and Claude Design.
• Use research, user insights, and data to guide design choices and improve the final experience.

• You can work comfortably in both Arabic and English; this is a strict requirement.
• You are energized by ambiguity and enjoy building in early-stage product settings.
• You bring experience from both startup and established company environments, including at least one role at a respected company with a strong product culture.
• You have worked on B2B products for government or enterprise customers.
• You are interested in shaping how AI is used in modern business applications.
• You have professional experience in the GCC region, including Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, or the UAE.
• You are already based in the GCC or open to relocating there.
• You have practical experience using AI-assisted design tools such as Cursor and Claude.
• You hold a degree in HCI, Computer Science, or Graphic Design.
• You can show a portfolio with strong polish, clear presentation, and visual storytelling for broad audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience working at well-known AI-focused companies.
• A technical background.
