Role Overview
We are seeking a Product Designer who will work closely with cross-disciplinary teams to develop user-friendly, visually compelling experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role encompasses the entire design cycle—from exploratory research and concept development to final implementation—ensuring products align with user needs and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to transform user and business requirements into effective design solutions.
- Craft wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to clearly convey design concepts.
- Develop user journey maps, flows, and related documentation to guide product creation.
- Maintain consistency by contributing to and updating design systems and style guides.
- Lead usability testing sessions and refine designs based on user feedback.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure designs are accurate and feasible.
- Use design principles, research data, and analytical insights to justify design decisions to peers and stakeholders.
- Present design proposals and rationale effectively within the team and to stakeholders.
- Support specialized projects and initiatives as required.
Qualifications and Skills
- A Bachelor's degree in Design or a related discipline.
- Between 2 to 4 years of experience in Product Design, UI/UX design, or similar roles.
- Comprehensive understanding of information architecture, user flows, and responsive design techniques.
- Experience with AI tools applied to design processes.
- Proficiency in Figma and other contemporary design applications.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Highly creative with attention to detail and a focus on user-oriented design.
- Self-driven and capable of working autonomously with minimal guidance.
Additional Desired Skills
- Familiarity with human-centered design principles.
- Experience conducting usability testing and user research.
- Comfort with Agile or Scrum environments.
- Exposure to B2B Software as a Service (SaaS) products.
Physical and Work Conditions
- Ability to sit for extended periods working at a desk and computer.
- Capability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
