Role Overview
We are seeking a driven Product Analyst to propel the success of Evio’s Digital Health division by developing and managing new digital health products aimed at improving medication accessibility and affordability for patients, providers, and health plan clients. You will engage with flagship and upcoming products including Evio Connect, Insights, Engage, and Compass, transforming business strategies and user feedback into actionable product requirements and well-organized workflows. Collaboration with digital health, analytics, operations, technology, and client teams is essential to ensure effective product delivery and continuous refinement.
Key Responsibilities
- Enhance and streamline product operations by analyzing performance metrics and identifying improvement opportunities aligned with strategic business goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to prioritize product upgrades that drive user success and efficient adoption.
- Employ data insights and customer feedback to guide product recommendations and decision-making.
- Provide client support by addressing issues promptly, facilitating user onboarding, and ensuring resource availability for optimal product use.
- Lead project planning and milestone management independently using appropriate project management methodologies suited to project scope and complexity.
- Maintain open communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure goal alignment, transparency, and integration of feedback throughout development.
- Author and update comprehensive product documentation, including requirements, workflows, data specifications, and operating procedures, adapting content to changing conditions typical of a start-up environment.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- 3 to 5 years managing complex projects involving diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in business analysis or product management, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Expertise in producing clear process and product documentation and familiarity with analytics product development.
- Understanding of EHR systems, pharmacy workflows, and pharmacy benefit management processes that facilitate patient access to therapies, including benefit verification and prior authorization through dispensing and adherence.
- Knowledge of interoperability technology standards relevant to pharmacy and EHR such as NCPDP, HL7, FHIR, and Direct Messaging, particularly as they relate to medication management and value-based care.
- A proactive approach, aptitude for rapid learning, and comfort with iterative failure and course correction.
- Ability to navigate significant ambiguity regarding strategy, roles, and team structure in a dynamic environment.
- Strong emotional intelligence to foster cooperation across multiple business functions.
- Data-driven mindset supporting evidence-based decision making.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.
- Intermediate skills in SQL and understanding of relational databases for healthcare data querying and analysis.
Desirable Attributes
- Experience working in startup environments or with new product development from concept to launch.
- Knowledge of pharmacy value-based care initiatives.
