Key Responsibilities

  • Lead sourcing initiatives across various departments including Marketing, Human Resources, and Technology.
  • Negotiate contracts to obtain optimal commercial terms for the organisation.
  • Foster and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct spend analysis and deliver insightful procurement reports.
  • Oversee supplier communications and manage contract renewals to ensure uninterrupted services.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrable experience managing full-cycle procurement and sourcing projects.
  • Background in indirect procurement supporting business functions.
  • Excellent negotiation capabilities combined with strong commercial understanding.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder relationship management skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and efficient time management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Power BI, and relevant procurement platforms such as Coupa.
